California Wine and Olive Bar and Olive Oil Tasting

We Olive opened our California wine bars with our mission in mind – to further educate our customers on the true olive oil experience. The We Olive & Wine bars deliver this experience through a selection of boutique California wines that truly enhance the culinary adventure of all our products.  

At We Olive quality, craftsmanship, and taste are at the forefront of every aspect of our business. Our hope is that you will feel our dedication to great California growers when you visit a We Olive & Wine bar. We Olive & Wine Bar locations, including La Jolla, CA and Orange County, CA, feature the best in boutique California wines selected to pair with our California olive oil selection and accompanying artisan food items. Guests over the age of 21 can enjoy We Olive wine bars during regular store hours and during special wine tasting events.

Taste Our California Red Wines and White Wines

We Olive & Wine Bar locations have up to date lists of several California red wines and white wines from select vineyards around the state. The wine bar also serves craft beers and specialty non-alcoholic beverages, each of which goes well with We Olive’s selection of artisan olive oil. Visitors to the wine bar are welcome to enjoy our unique selection of California white wines and red wines along with such delicacies as Castelvetrano olives from Sicily, California almonds, fresh heirloom tomato caprese salads and artisan cheeses.

Guests of the We Olive & Wine Bar can also enjoy our complimentary olive oil tasting. California olive oils can be used in and on a variety of culinary treats that enhance the flavors of California wines. Discover how the quality and flavor of a California extra virgin olive oil on a French baguette can bring out the flavor of good California wines.

Each We Olive wine bar features wines that can be purchased by the bottle and brought home or purchased by the glass or bottle and enjoyed in the comfortable ambiance of the bar. As with our selection of California olive oils, We Olive strives to bring our customers the very best from around the state with our carefully selected list of wines and artisan foods.

Notable vineyards currently represented at We Olive wine bars include Casa Santinamaria Vineyards, Paragon Vineyard, Enz Vineyard, and Carneros. Our selection of craft beers includes Scrimshaw Pilsner (Fort Bragg, CA), Highway 78 Scotch Ale (San Diego, CA), and Stone Brewing IPA (North County San Diego, CA).
