We Olive makes each step to owning your franchise a professional and enjoyable experience.
1. Request for Information
We ask for your basic franchising information to quickly assess whether your plans match ours. The sooner you fill out the Request for Information, the sooner we can get started. The form should take about 15 minutes to complete and your information is completely confidential. We review every request and respond quickly.
2. Submit Application
When you've decided that franchising with We Olive is the right path for you, you will need to submit an application packet.
3. Receive Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
If,based on the information you provide, we decide you meet the criteria to be a We Olive® franchisee, we will provide you a copy of our current FDD, which provides more details on the franchise opportunity.
4. Interview
You will meet with at least one of our managing executives. If you have an existing business, we may visit your establishment as well. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and answer any questions.
5. Discovery Day
During this visit to either We Olive® headquarters in beautiful Paso Robles, California or We Olive & Wine Bar in La Jolla, California, you will gain an understanding of how the We Olive organization supports your efforts as a franchisee to bring the brand to life. This visit includes time spent in a We Olive retail tasting room as well as an overview of each functional department within We Olive, including Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Real Estate and Development, Information Technology, Operations, and Training.
6. Approval
You will receive an approval letter welcoming you to the We Olive® family.
7. Execute Agreements
We will prepare final versions of the development and franchise agreements and send them to you for your signature. Once you return the agreements to us signed, along with the appropriate initial franchise and development fees, you are ready to begin developing your We Olive retail tasting rooms.
